SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Please note there are NO refunds unless The Lash Lift is notified within 48 hours of receiving your purchase that there is an issue/malfunction/damage to a product. Contact can be made either through email at email@example.com or phone at 323-868-7994
Once Discussed with The Lash Lift, the product will then need to be shipped back to our address within 5 days of notification for evaluation before exchange or refund is given.
We will always try to get your shipments to you as soon as possible, but it may take up to 8 days for your order to be shipped. If you need it sooner, contact us and we can try to rush your order.
All sales are final. Classes may be transferred 1x with a two weeks notice.
Products cannot be returned or exchanged. If a product is damaged, please contact us immediately.
Model fees are non-refundable as well as non-transferrable.
If you do not receive a package but was notified that it was delivered, contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost items.
